In order to serve our customers in the most efficient manner, there are a couple of options for reporting new claims:
- Reporting the claim directly to the insurance company generally saves time by putting you in direct contact with a company representative who can answer your questions and take the initial claim information. If you are calling during normal business hours, or after we are closed, and have your coverage with one of the insurance companies listed below, you may report your claim directly to the carrier. Please be advised you will need your policy number available when reporting the claim.
- If you prefer your initial contact to be with our office and are calling during our normal business hours of 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, you should contact our office at 912-226-6159 and someone will be happy to assist you.
- ALTERNATE EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER: In the event that you cannot reach us on our main phone line, please call Clark Lane at 912-547-8401.
